Coachella at Soho House, Gorbal’s, Rocket Pizza, Fifty Seven, Pruf Rock at the Regent Theater, Cucina Rustica/Miro, and various restaurants in Palm Springs, California. Chef Bean aims to surprise his guests with unique experiences.
This focus helped to craft what he’s becoming known for: edgy pop-up restaurants.
